The Chiropractor Comes To The Job Site.
Genesis Corporate Health delivers On-Site Performance Care for Indiana construction, manufacturing, and trades teams. Dr. McCarley brings chiropractic and performance care to your workplace, so your team can feel better, move better, and lose less time to pain, tension, and fatigue. Each employee treated in 10 to 15 minute appointments on a predictable recurring cadence. One clinician. One contract. Direct-pay by the employer, no insurance billing.
Your busiest people are usually the ones costing you the most.
The Integrated Benefits Institute pegs presenteeism at roughly four times the cost of absenteeism for the average employer. The guy who shows up at 60 percent (back pain, sleep debt, 30 pounds heavier than five years ago) is a quieter problem than the guy who calls in. By the math, he's the more expensive one.
That math is the conversation Genesis is built on. Not a wellness pitch. A P&L pitch you'd have with your accountant if your accountant understood lumbar spines.
The first license I ever held was an Indiana Athletic Trainers License. That was 1998, the year the state created the credential. I was one of the first to hold it. Sports medicine certification came earlier (NATA, 1995). I worked the sidelines and the weight rooms before I ever wore a white coat. That order matters, because I came at this work from the locker room, not from the wellness aisle.
In 2006 I opened Genesis Family Chiropractic in Indiana and I haven't closed it since. Twenty years of one-room practice in the suburbs north of Indianapolis, treating families, kids, athletes, and the working adults who keep showing up to a body that's slowly accumulating wear.
In January of this year, a friend who runs a construction company in Tipton asked me to come evaluate his crew. They were dealing with chronic lower-back and knee complaints typical of physically demanding work. I brought my portable adjusting table and the Activator instrument to the job site and treated his six-man crew on their own floor. He signed a recurring engagement, and I have been back every Thursday since.
Genesis Corporate Health is what that engagement looks like when I organize it for other owners. I bring the table to your shop. The same chiropractor, on a recurring cadence you can plan around. Same hands, same training, same day each visit. The math is the byproduct of the cadence.
If you run a roster of 10 to 200 working bodies anywhere between 82nd Street and IN-28, I'd like 30 minutes of your time on a fit call. No deck. Plain numbers. If we're not the right partner, I'll say so.

The same doctor. The same hands. On your floor.
No rotating associates, no front-desk hand-off. Dr. McCarley personally treats every employee, every visit, using Activator Advanced and Diversified manual technique tuned to the aches that build up on a job site: backs, necks, shoulders, hips.
Ten to fifteen focused minutes per person, in a single quiet room on your property. Your crew never leaves the building.

URG is a six-person construction and restoration company in Tipton, Indiana, founded and still run by its owner. The crew does the kind of work that wears bodies down: framing, exteriors, and post-damage restoration.
Dr. McCarley has been on-site with the crew every Thursday since January 2026. Weekly visits, the same doctor each time, the whole roster treated in a single on-site window. When a new hire mentions a stiff back, the answer inside the shop is simple: “Doc’s here Thursday.”
It’s a young engagement and we’re honest about that. What it already shows is the model working as designed: the doctor comes to the shop, the crew stays on the job, and care happens on a schedule an operator can plan around.

Real care, brought to the job site.
No stock photos. This is Dr. McCarley working with real patients, from standing assessments to hands-on adjustments, the same care your crew gets without leaving the property.

30 minutes. No deck. Real numbers.
You tell us how many people, what kind of work they do, where they hurt most often. We tell you in plain numbers whether Genesis runs on your floor. About a third of the time it doesn't. We'd rather decline a bad fit than upsell a good one.
