The honest framing.

This page is short on purpose. Dr. McCarley delivers every on-site visit personally, which means the calendar can only hold so many recurring engagements before something has to give. Brian has intentionally not taken on more accounts than he can serve to the same standard the live reference customer expects.

As more engagements clear three months and settle into steady-state, we add them here. Until then, the case-study list is one company long. We'd rather show one real engagement with named owners and verified numbers than fill a page with logos that don't actually pay us yet.

What we're tracking but not publishing yet.

At any given time there are two or three operator conversations in advanced stages. Pre-signed proposals, scheduled site walks, owners who've talked to Brian twice and are circling. We don't list them. A prospect is not a case study, no matter how hot the lead looks on a CRM dashboard.

Our rule is simple. An engagement is added here when it has:

  • Been signed and invoiced for at least three months
  • Completed three on-site visits at the agreed cadence
  • Owner consent, in writing, to use the company name and the numbers
  • A specific operator quote we didn't write for them

Until those four boxes are checked, the engagement lives in the calendar and the invoicing system, not on this page. That's a feature.

What an engagement looks like before it becomes a case study.

If you're trying to picture how the first 30 to 90 days actually run before any of this stabilizes into something we can write about, the How It Works page is the better read. It walks the four steps from first call to the table in your shop, the questions we ask on the fit call, and what shows up in your inbox after we say yes to each other.

The reason we point you there is that case studies are after-the-fact storytelling. The interesting work is what happens before. Most owners who eventually sign with Genesis spend the fit call asking us pointed questions about scheduling, liability, intake forms, and what happens when someone on the roster has a surgical history. The honest answers to those questions are what win the business, not the marketing language wrapped around it later.
